Steve initially started as an electrical labourer 20 years ago for an Electrical Company in West of Scotland, then branched out into full property renovations, and has been involved in most aspects of property maintenance & development, including Kitchen/ Bathroom Fitting, Laminate Flooring, Carpet Fitting, Tiling, Door/Lock Fitting, Flat Pack Assembly, Blind/Curtain Installation, Plumbing & Electrical Installations/Maintenance. Exterior skills include patios, decking / general landscaping, garden maintenance and tree work, serving private and commercial clients, property management & letting agencies and housing associations.
