Daily Rate £300
Hourly Rate £40 (Minimum Call Out £50)
Weekends/Evening
Hourly Rate £70 (Minimum Call Out £100)
Depending on the job, we also offer a bespoke pricing model.

Payment Terms
Payment for all materials will be required in full in advance. Works longer than 5 days: payment in full at close of each week. Works less than 5 days: Payment in full at completion. We accept cash & bank transfer, online and on site card payments.
Our Insurance Policy: Available on request
Works Scheduling: Monday to Friday, but weekends are considered to stay within proposed budget and timings.
Our works are guaranteed, therefore we do not charge for any snagging or remedial works required that we are liable for during or after completion. Any snagging or remedial work that we are not liable for, will be charged additionally as per the above hourly rate.
We make every effort to quote accurately for estimated time on quotes, however there can often be unforeseen snags that require attention before or during the job which will increase the amount of time, this will be charged at the normal hourly rate & we will advise you if & when these issues arise.
